Thick hand blown glass is hung under the Kiwi's branch of steel. The glow floods the sconce's glass with a warm light highlighting its detail.
Director of Design, David Kitts is responsible for the development of the Kiwi Collection. How did it get its name, you may wonder…“Our designs go through such a personal development process, picking up nicknames along the way.” said Kitts, “They deserve a well thought out name that suits their personality.” While brainstorming about what glass designs and shapes should be created next, David noticed a Kiwi fruit sitting on his desk. “I wasn’t coming up with much, until I glanced at the Kiwi fruit sitting on my desk.” The Kiwi’s signature thick, hand-blown glass globes are delicately hung beneath a canopy of steel branches.
