Q: Are your products UL rated?
A: Yes, the majority of Hubbardton Forge lamps and lighting
fixtures are UL/CUL approved. We do have a handful of pin-up wall sconces that are not UL approved. This information is noted with these particular fixtures.
Q: Are your products suitable for commercial use?
A: Yes, many of our products are used in commercial
settings such as hotels, restaurants, medical facilities and offices,
to name a few. Many of our wall sconces are ADA compliant, meeting
the federal requirements under the American Disabilities Act for
use in commercial locations.

Q: How can I tell which stores near me will have

if they have the item(s) of interest in their current inventory.

Q: I need to know the mounting information for
one of your fixtures. How can I get this information?

Q: How do I order?
A: Hubbardton Forge is a manufacturer and only
sells product through lighting stores.

A: Our Preferred Dealers are listed in the Showrooms
section of this site. If you can't find a Preferred Dealer near
you, please contact us for assistance.
Q: I ordered from a lighting showroom but the
product is broken. How can I get a replacement?
A: You will need to order a replacement through
the store where you purchased the product.
Q: I ordered from a lighting showroom but I didn’t
get the right product. How can I return this and get the right one?
A: You will need to exchange the product at the
store from whom you purchased the product.

Q: How do I order?

Q: When will my order ship?
A: If the items are in inventory and your account
is current, most items will ship within 24 hours.
Q: How long for delivery time?
A: Delivery time will vary depending on your geographic
location and the carrier used. All of our products are shipped from
Castleton, Vermont and are usually sent via Fedex Ground or UPS.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Our Customer Service Team can give you the information

Q: I like your fixtures but need something a little
longer/shorter/wider/skinnier. Do you do any custom work?
A: Our custom and contract lighting team may be
able to provide a custom piece to meet your needs. Please contact

If the product can be made, the Customer Service Team will provide
you with a quote and an estimate of delivery time.
